Free Chicken

I'm not one to pass up a free meal so when I found out there is a Chick-Fil-A close by I put 'dress like a cow' on my calendar for July 9th.  Back in Charlottesville there were two Chick-Fil-A's, one in the mall and a free standing one.  Travis and I dressed like a cow and got a free lunch, then later that day went to the other one and received a free dinner!  Mmmm.

This year I dressed up with his younger sister, Katy, and we only went for lunch.  The place was hoppin with cows so we luckily didn't feel out of place.

Accidental picture of the food while I was trying to take a picture of something else.  I thought it looked good though.

I looked over to check on Beau and this is what he looked like.  He is such a good boy when we go out.
Can't wait until next year!

You crack me up! I love it! I didn't know this tradition existed. I would have sported the spots! Miss you!

I miss Chik-fil-a! It's a must when we go down to Reston. Luckily it's close to Ben's parents house. I'm seriously considering dressing up like a burrito for free food at Chipotle this Halloween though it's a little too close to our baby's due date. What I would give to dress up like a cow for free food from Chik-fil-a!

The chicken lovin' is funny enough, but that boy of yours is GORGEOUS! What a sweet guy. We miss you. Hope you're loving DC!

I have always wanted to dress up for 'dress like a cow' day, but I always felt dumb asking any one to do it with me! You have given me the confidence to try it next year! xoxo
